Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to manage our installation teams and ensure top-quality cabinetry and millwork installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read and follow detailed drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company installation schedule and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Set and deliver on client expectations with meticulous follow-up and detail orientation.
  • Manage the installation teams' schedule to ensure time efficiency and quality control.
  • Ensure top-quality cabinetry and millwork installations, matching design drawings and architectural intent.
  • Consistently work to achieve and improve time management, installation teams, and quality control standards.
  • Implement procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and prepared installation staging area.
  • Ensure safety guidelines with inspections and training.
  • Manage the installers to protect existing conditions, materials, products, tools, equipment, and final installation up to project completion.
  • Provide daily reports on company projects' progress through site visits and inspections.
  • Proactively manage to solve issues before they become urgent.
  • Create and manage the final punch-list, ensuring 100% completion.
  • Relentless follow-up and follow-through, providing day-to-day client communications and ensuring a five-star service experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing millwork installations.
  • Proven experience in managing teams ensuring top-quality in a custom millwork environment.
  • Strong work ethic and respect for team, clients, and trade partners.
  • Driven to deliver high-quality craftsmanship with a commitment to client service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed drawings and measure accurately.
  • Maintain company vehicle and tools, with an excellent clean driving record.
  • Ability to unload and carry material up to 50lbs, operate installation tools, and provide guidance and direction as needed.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
