Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Dealership Biller and Title Clerk to enhance our operations. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle transactions and title management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing payoff checks for new vehicle purchases and trade-ins.
  • Billing all retail transactions and preparing Certificates of Origin.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of trade-in documentation.
  • Meeting various reporting requirements, including schedule reconciliations.
  • Processing all vehicles for registration in the appropriate state.
  • Preparing tax and title documentation.
  • Submitting all legal transfer paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Maintaining precise records of processed and outstanding titles.
  • Requesting duplicate titles and CVR as necessary.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
