Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within a designated geographical territory. This position requires a strong understanding of the construction equipment industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a sales territory to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and support
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management
  • Manage and control costs associated with territory management
  • Ensure timely processing of paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
