Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the Southwest Region covering multiple states. In this critical role, you will service and grow our sales with new and existing contractors and distributors. You will partner with engineers, architects, and the Leviat Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered concrete connection products. Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence software to manage your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
  • Drive high-performance sales experience, with a focus on distributors and concrete contractors
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, or inside sales teams on products and services
  • Focus on value selling through a consultative approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop organizational growth concepts and ideas
  • Utilize CRM software to manage your territory and stay organized
  • Travel across multiple states to meet with customers and partners
