Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plays a vital role in ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at Forest Park Health Campus.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with the Director of Health Services to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
  • Assists in implementing nursing and ancillary services as needed with other department leaders to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participates in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Prepares for facility surveys and accreditation programs made by regulatory agencies and/or the company.
  • Performs administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
Requirements

We seek an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • A valid state RN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $68,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including weekly pay, health insurance, dental coverage, life insurance, mental health support, student loan repayment, and more.
