We are seeking an exceptional LPN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at The Springs of Richmond. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

As an LPN Weekend Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting patient assessments in collaboration with Registered Nurses to ensure comprehensive care plans
  • Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
  • Performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educating patients and their families on disease treatment plans and post-discharge care
  • Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to maintain a secure environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
