Position Overview

The Production Assembly Specialist plays a vital role within our Production Team, ensuring that both company and customer quality standards are consistently met. This position is integral to the manufacturing process, engaging in every phase of product creation—from development and production to packaging. The role also involves spearheading continuous improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing waste and enhancing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and written guidelines specific to each assembly task.
  • Effectively communicate inspection outcomes and reports in a timely manner.
  • Participate in and contribute to all line meetings as part of the daily operational planning.
  • Operate production machinery and utilize tools to complete assemblies in alignment with operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, documenting workflows and test results accurately.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Assist with urgent tasks and emergency repairs as needed during off-shift hours.
  • Complete daily assignments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with fellow assemblers, technicians, managers, and other team members as required.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Support the Manufacturing team with repair tasks.
  • Make adjustments or alignments as specified by blueprints or other specifications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination to assemble small components into a finished product.
  • Proficiency in using various hand tools to create final products.
  • The ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams for each product.
  • A solid work ethic and integrity, with the capability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Dependability and accountability in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset that contributes to a collaborative team environment.
