Role Summary

The Production Assembly Specialist plays a vital role within our Manufacturing Team, ensuring that both company and customer quality benchmarks are consistently achieved. This position involves overseeing the entire product manufacturing process, from initial development through to packaging. The specialist will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing waste and enhancing value-added activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and detailed instructions specific to each assembly task.
  • Effectively communicate inspection outcomes and reporting promptly.
  • Participate in daily line meetings to align on operational goals.
  • Operate production machinery and utilize tools to complete assemblies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, documenting workflows and test results accurately.
  • Work within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and uphold job safety standards.
  • Assist with critical off-shift tasks and emergency repairs as needed.
  • Complete assigned daily responsibilities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with fellow assemblers, technicians, managers, and other team members as required.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Support the Manufacturing team with repair tasks.
  • Make adjustments or alignments as specified by blueprints or other technical documents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Demonstrated experience as an Assembly Technician or in a comparable role.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination for assembling small components into finished products.
  • Proficient in using various hand tools to create final products.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams for each product assembly.
  • Exemplary work ethic and integrity, with the capability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Dependable and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
