Role Responsibilities:

The Community Engagement Leader will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a ministry presence by cultivating relationships with university personnel, church affiliates, and volunteers.
  • Engaging in personal outreach while empowering others to facilitate Bible studies, organize cultural events, and communicate the Gospel.
  • Positioning IFI as a recognized student organization and maintaining positive relationships within the campus community.
  • Ensuring adequate financial and prayer support to meet the operational needs of the ministry.

Work Schedule:

This position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time or part-time commitments. Some evening and weekend work may be necessary for special events and participation in annual retreats.

Compensation and Benefits:

IFI provides comprehensive training to assist the Community Engagement Leader in personal fundraising efforts. The salary range for this position is between $24,960 and $72,800, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and health benefits (medical, vision, and dental).

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in ministry, training, and mobilization.
  • Preferred background in cross-cultural ministry.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

The Community Engagement Leader must align with IFI's statement of faith and core values, demonstrating a commitment to extending God's love globally through effective communication of the Gospel across diverse cultures.
