Job Title: Clinical Care Coordinator

About the OpportunityJoin West River Health Services as a Clinical Care Coordinator and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. ResponsibilitiesThis position involves coordinating patient care, assisting medical professionals, and maintaining accurate records. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensure effective communication among healthcare teams, and respond to emergencies. To succeed, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

RequirementsWe seek candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent, with no prior experience necessary. Certified Nurse Aid registration is preferred, but we offer training opportunities to those without prior experience. BLS certification within three months of hire is required. The starting salary is $38,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits packages available.
