Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, while also managing and coordinating care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide direct care services, including medication management, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Supervise and train care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification and completion of a state-approved school of medication administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and adapt to changing situations.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
