About the Role

The Team Lead - Cleaning Operations will be responsible for providing guidance, motivation, and direction to a team of cleaning professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to enter the workforce or return to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report performance issues to the Supervisor and assist with the training of new cleaning team members.
  • Coordinate work assignments and assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings, ensuring the security of keys and access cards.
  • Manage work orders for maintenance and ensure that premises are secured at all times.
  • Work with the Manager to schedule jobs with Property Managers and cleaning crews to complete work.
  • Oversee the quality of jobs and confirm completion with the Manager.
  • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building and check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
  • Complete order forms accurately and coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
