POSITION SUMMARY

Our roles extend beyond simply serving meals that our patrons will savor until they request their check. We aim to craft an experience that is both memorable and distinctive, complemented by exceptional food and beverages. Our Guest Service Experts proactively deliver a comprehensive array of services to ensure that guests relish their dining experience. This includes setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and equipment, all while making each interaction feel integral to the overall experience.

Regardless of your role, certain elements are essential for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that your appearance and communication remain professional. Guest Service Experts will be active and mobile (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; navigating sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (reading and visually confirming information), and adopting a hands-on approach to tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Excelling in these responsibilities (and other reasonable tasks as assigned) is crucial for Guest Service Experts to deliver excellence for our guests and our business consistently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification: None required.

The pay range for this position is $17.51 to $17.51 per hour and may include a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, and additional wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to standard eligibility, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements and conditions.
