The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons by offering exceptional service and assisting customers in finding their desired products, aligning with the department's objectives.

This role involves efficiently processing customers' food and beverage requests. The associate is responsible for preparing store products from scratch, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation according to established recipes. Additionally, the associate will merchandise items, maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, appearance, flavor, and variety.
