Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at ASM Global. As a Customer Service Representative - Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accurate accounting of all transactions at our concession stands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stand.
  • Perform location worker assignments and ensure a safe working environment for employees.
  • Plan for daily sales flow based on projections and make change requirements known to the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Organize all paperwork for cashier responsibilities, including physical inventory stand sheets, meal sheets, and spoilage reports.
  • Handle and process cash slips, verify proper item prices, and monitor the proper recording of employees' meals and meal vouchers.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times and perform location worked duties as assigned.
  • Follow all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
  • Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.
  • Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.
  • Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
  • Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
  • Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
Working Conditions

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility, stand for long hours during events, talk, and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events. This position requires stooping and lifting. Must be able to lift 25 lbs to the waist.
