Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to sit for long periods and view a computer screen for extended periods
