We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and commenting on tenders, contracts, and contract-related documents, providing proactive advice to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Analysis: Review and analyze tenders, contracts, and contract-related documents to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations and formulate/implementation of negotiation strategy to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Contract Management: Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations, contributing to the standardization of contracts and improvement processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with stakeholders in different countries to negotiate T&Cs adjustments and ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of multicultural organization experience.
