We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Supervisor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our swim program, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to our swim instructors and lifeguards, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review the day's schedule, discuss any concerns or issues, and ensure the deck is prepared for the shift.
- Evaluate the performance of our instructors and lifeguards, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- Interact with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, address any concerns, and provide updates on their child's development.
- Act as a liaison between our school and parents, ensuring open communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate tasks required to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our pool facility, including monitoring chemical levels and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of experience as a swim instructor or in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training.
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.00
