Responsibilities:- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Provide warm welcomes and departures, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest, including room type, payment, and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues to resolve issues and meet guest needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and ensure security of guest room access.
- Accommodate room changes and document guest requests, complaints, or problems.
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports, ensuring accurate settlement of folios and routing of charges.
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English with guests, management, and colleagues.
- Ability to accurately input information into computer systems and compute mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience required; hotel front desk experience preferred.
- STAR Certification required.
