Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide warm welcomes and departures, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest, including room type, payment, and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues to resolve issues and meet guest needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and ensure security of guest room access.
  • Accommodate room changes and document guest requests, complaints, or problems.
  • Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports, ensuring accurate settlement of folios and routing of charges.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Ability to accurately input information into computer systems and compute mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to work cohesively with colleagues and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience required; hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • STAR Certification required.
