Audiology Specialist

Audiologist Job Summary:

Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a physician-led health and wellness clinic in Gillette, Wyoming, seeking a compassionate Audiologist to join our team of Internists, specialists, and medical staff. Our clinic provides comprehensive care through a variety of specialists and support services, with a focus on regenerative and longevity medicine.

Audiologist Responsibilities:

• Provides rehabilitative audiological services, administering and interpreting tests, developing treatment plans, and establishing goals for each patient.
• Monitors progress, reassesses as necessary, and communicates with patients and families.
• Calibrates equipment, prepares reports, and maintains the audiological suite, materials, and supplies.
• Provides case management services, makes referrals, and logs procedures.
• Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge in audiology, prepares in-service education, and assists in implementing quality assurance programs.

Audiologist Qualifications:

• Builds strong doctor-patient relationships, has excellent bedside manner, and collaborates well with doctors and medical professionals.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, works independently, and has strong time management skills.
• Communicates medical information clearly, relates to patients of all ages, and has excellent communication, language, and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree required, active audiology license in Wyoming, and board certification from the American Board of Audiology preferred.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience preferred.
