About the RoleWe are seeking an Inbound Operations Expert to join our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our guests. As an Inbound Expert, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for all guests, engaging with them in a genuine way and providing personalized support.
- Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, including unloading schedule times, to ensure that products are delivered to the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Stock, backstock, and zone product on the sales floor, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Operate power equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work with accuracy and attention to detail, managing all defectives and handling environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, working in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up, maintaining a compliance culture while executing those duties.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Work both independently and with a team.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
