About the RoleWe are seeking a Fulfillment Expert to join our team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience. As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will be responsible for picking, prepping, packing, sorting, and shipping products safely and efficiently to deliver convenience and quality for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them
- Select items for order pickup, drive up, and ship to home for digital guest orders
- Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive up orders
- Properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials
- Meet productivity metrics and other fulfillment goals
- Meet guest order promise times to deliver on the guest demand
- Own your workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized and supplies in stock
- Properly use equipment while following safety best practices
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
