Inbound Expert

As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and understanding their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. You will also be responsible for executing a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation, stocking, backstocking and zoning product on the sales floor, and maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories.

• Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting them and observing to quickly understand their needs.
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs and being knowledgeable about the tools, products and services available in the total store.
• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation, including unloading schedule times, and stock, backstock and zone product on the sales floor.
• Maintain sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories and operate power equipment only if certified.
• Work with accuracy and attention to detail, manage all defectives and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance, and work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
