Job Title: Sailpoint IIQ Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sailpoint IIQ Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Sailpoint IIQ Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Sailpoint IIQ solutions, integrating with various systems, and ensuring seamless access management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Sailpoint IIQ solutions to meet business requirements
  • Integrate Sailpoint IIQ with various systems, including HR systems and Active Directory
  • Develop workflows, rules, and custom connectors in Sailpoint IdentityNow solution
  • On-board applications into Sailpoint solution based on different connectors
  • Assist the offshore team in development, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of factory development
  • Upgrade and enhance the system as per new releases and patches and fulfill new requirements
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IAM domain working on at least one of the leading IGA tools
  • At least 2 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ
  • Excellent knowledge on IGA Fundamentals: Identity and Access Management Lifecycle, Access Management, Authentication and Authorization integrations, Application Onboarding, Entitlement Catalog, Roles, Reports and Rules Tasks, Role Mining, Customer Identity and Access Management, Access Governance / Recertification, Provisioning Object Model, Custom Connectors, Connector/Integration Architecture
  • Ability to lead technical delivery of IAM projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in integrating HR Systems, Active Directory
  • Ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/non-functional requirements with very less customization at the product level
  • Proficient in recertification concepts and able to guide configuration in IGA solution
  • Ability to generate standard or customize reports as per business needs
  • Good understanding of Operational processes
  • Client-facing roles in past
  • Worked with any international client in past
  • Good experience in managing client
  • Certifications for renowned IGA tools
