  • Develop precise business requirements and user narratives that inform product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
  • Facilitate product launches in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, PR, and other Product teams.
  • Gain consensus for the product/feature/service vision and strategy among technical and leadership teams.
  • Influence across a diverse range of cross-functional technical, design, and commercial teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in feature delivery and product trade-offs.
  • Experience in managing roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Track record of end-to-end product delivery.
  • Participation in engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategies related to products.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
  • Proven ability to advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
