Job Title: Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join our User Experience Design team at Experis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and localized English content for a wide variety of projects and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine understanding of business objectives and user experience needs to create high-quality and localized English content.
  • Follow the brand style guide and content guidelines to ensure all content delivered is accurate with consistent voice and tone.
  • Manage and track project progress to ensure that all requests are delivered on time.
  • Adapt to business changes and make necessary adjustments based on business priorities by coordinating with stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Leverage data and market insights for decision making including content optimization and new concept development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of UX content design or content marketing experience. E-commerce or agency experience preferred.
  • A portfolio showing high-quality content deliverables, especially on UX-focused product writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Marketing or equivalent practical experience; related degree preferred but not required.
