Burlington Retail Front End Supervisor Job Description

As a Retail Front End Supervisor at Burlington, you will be responsible for supervising all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty. Your goal will be to maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front-end operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Train and develop direct reports to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote safety and security for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
  • Solve issues and concerns, make informed decisions, and take charge of front-end operations.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
