  • Team Leadership: Develop, motivate, and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to drive business growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store facilities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Employee Development: Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or equivalent.
  • Certifications: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states, LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification, and LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail, knowledge of current store merchandise, and high-level business acumen.
