We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Spectrum. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and customer service representatives

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment

  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of management experience
