">About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Gustave A Larson Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R industry experience, with a focus on residential systems. You will be passionate about serving customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

In this role, you will work closely with our outside sales team to provide product knowledge, support sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business owners
  • Provide expert advice on HVAC products and systems
  • Support sales initiatives and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC/R industry, with a focus on residential systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • A proven track record of sales and selling skills experience
