Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Agent's Assistant. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through exceptional customer service and value-based conversations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to grow our business.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and Life and Health license (obtainable).
