About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Bank Loan Servicing Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a functional team, ensuring seamless delivery of services and production activities.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve daily problems and serve as a primary contact and escalation point for operational issues.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes, and assist with client conversions and other client projects.
  • Organize internal meetings, compile related documentation, and assist with the coordination and development of agendas.
  • Identify and implement consistent operational best practices, and assist with compliance and fiduciary reviews and audits.
  • Train, develop, and motivate new staff, complete performance appraisals, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Serve on committees and help define and implement new company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Equivalent to a BS degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of related Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience, with part of that time in a management or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in working with Bank Loan asset class, proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO), and knowledge of securities language and legal requirements.
