Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation and Service Officer to join our Retiree Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our benefit payment system migration project and daily Retiree Services operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project management and execution of our benefit payment system migration project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Assist with requirement definition, documentation, and functional development to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Collaborate with the system vendor to manage vendor deliverables, develop future state vendor oversight and operating model, and perform vendor service level monitoring.
  • Develop operational control structures, identify operational risks, and propose mitigating controls to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Support daily Retiree Services operations, including data gathering and analysis, and assist with new benefit payment client implementation tasks.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a project environment, with a strong background in project management, client relationship skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with experience in MS Project a plus.
