Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to identify any defects or malfunctions
- Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance
- Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices to ensure proper operation of fire alarm systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of NFPA standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate and timely service tickets and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external customers
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in inspections, field service, and/or installation in the fire industry preferred
- NICET I or higher or CSA Certification is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to speak English fluently
