About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Supply Chain Account Manager to join our team at Vander-Bend Manufacturing, Inc. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary range of $125K - $160K and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the order fulfillment cycle from RFQ through delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, leading and prioritizing tactical and strategic initiatives to drive customer success.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure Quality and On-Time Delivery of products, meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement customer scorecard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, recognizing and responding to internal and external customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process requests for quotes, initiate order placement, and manage customer change requests and open order reports.
  • Investigate and resolve problems related to new orders, shipments, discrepant material, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and associated databases through our portals/platforms.
  • Coordinate sales opportunities with Strategic Account Directors and verify monthly sales/Customer forecasts/targets with the finance department.
  • Manage schedule changes to maintain on-time delivery KPIs, working closely with the Planning department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Management, or Communications.
  • Or minimum 10 years of experience as an Account/Program Manager in a contract manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic project management skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and active listening abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
