About the RoleThis Enterprise Sales leadership position offers a unique chance to join an early-stage startup with a growing sales team. You will be responsible for leading the entire segment, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our company.
You will lead a team of sales professionals, mentoring and developing their skills in line with a 'Challenger Sales' methodology. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for our Enterprise housing segment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales management, preferably in the enterprise segment or higher. Experience managing complex sales processes, multi-threading, and procurement is essential.
This role offers a competitive total rewards package, including base salary, equity, benefits, and bonus opportunities based on performance. The estimated salary range for this role is $370,000 annually, including commission targets and bonuses.
Responsibilities:- Owning and being held accountable for the success of the Enterprise housing segment
- Leading a team of sales professionals, mentoring, and developing their sales skills
- Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives to drive adoption of EliseAI with C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives
- Sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for the Enterprise housing segment
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and performance managing the Enterprise team
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales experience in the enterprise segment or higher
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales management experience in the enterprise segment or higher
- Experience managing an average deal size of at least $100,000
- Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in managing complex sales processes, multi-threading, and procurement
