Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at Harvard University. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the university's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of labor markets, recruiting practices, and effective social media recruitment tools
