Women's Health Specialist

Catholic Medical Center for Women's Health and Fertility is a leading healthcare provider seeking an accomplished Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN) to join our Physician Practices Association (PPA). As part of our dynamic team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality, holistic care to women in alignment with the Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic Medical Center.
The OB-GYN will serve as the attending physician for hospitalized gynecologic patients, coordinate long-term women's health care, and provide comprehensive office and hospital services. This role is part of a collaborative clinical team that includes nurse practitioners, certified fertility care practitioners, certified nurse midwives, physician assistants, registered nurses, support staff, and other physicians.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence:
- Maintain current knowledge in Obstetrics and Gynecology to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Provide high-quality care in both outpatient and hospital settings, including advanced surgical techniques such as endometriosis surgery by excision, anti-adhesion techniques, and robotics surgery.
- Diagnose and treat female patients of all ages, addressing pregnancy-related conditions, gynecologic disorders, and obstetric issues.
- Perform office and emergency gynecologic surgeries with precision and skill.
- Apply clinical expertise with timely decision-making, ensuring complete charting and documentation.
- Promote preventive care and encourage patient participation in their care.
Exceptional Service:
- Ensure timely patient access to appointments, including urgent consultations.
- Communicate clearly and responsively with patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, treatment alternatives, and disease processes.
- Advocate for patients, respecting and supporting their choices in care.
- Maintain composure and empathy when addressing patient anxiety.
Qualifications:
- Eligible for board certification by the American Board of OB/GYN.
- New Hampshire medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, to ensure that our OB-GYNs are well-compensated for their expertise and dedication.
