Job Title: Client Service Specialist, Hair Color Bar

At Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Hair Color Bar, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Hair Color Bar team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, including checking in and out guests, answering phones, and managing front-end operations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests about Madison Reed products and services, and promoting our brand values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
  • Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
