Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International, LLC. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, and other lead generation techniques
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is a plus
