**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.

**Responsibilities**

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, accurately recording order receipts in our computer system

• Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure products meet our high standards

• Store received materials in designated warehouse locations, relocating and consolidating as needed

• Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment, including assemble & hold orders

• Prepare bills of lading and express receipts, ensuring accurate documentation

• Assist in loading trucks and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Administer preventative maintenance programs for delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment

• Record and respond to customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution

• Maintain counter stock and assist with over-the-counter sales as needed

**Requirements**

• High School Degree or Equivalent

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

**Working Environment**

Our warehouse is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a moderately quiet noise level and well-ventilated and well-lit conditions. Employees may be exposed to various weather conditions and may be required to wear protective clothing. Strict safety regulations are in place to ensure a safe working environment.
