Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Lead Engagement Coordinator to enhance our sales operations. This role is vital for fostering client acquisition and retention through effective lead engagement strategies, ensuring a significant attendance rate for consultation sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement:
    • Dispatch timely iMessages to clients who have scheduled consultation sessions, including reminders 10 minutes after booking, the day prior, and 20 minutes before the session.
    • Design and execute impactful lead engagement strategies aimed at achieving a minimum call attendance rate of 50%.
    • Manage rescheduling of sessions as necessary, maintaining prompt communication with clients to prevent missed opportunities.
    • Proactively identify and resolve any potential scheduling conflicts or challenges.
  • Support for Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the sales team to enhance the percentage of live consultations.
    • Provide necessary administrative assistance to the sales team as required.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
