About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced RN with exceptional communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to assess patient condition, engage patients in their care, and escalate concerns effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments during admission and each shift to identify any changes in patient status
  2. Promote a positive patient experience through best practices such as SAFETY rounding, effective communication, and educating patients on their care
  3. Ensure all stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and colleagues, have a clear understanding of all communications and escalating care concerns appropriately

Requirements
