The Registered Nurse II plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Critical Care Unit. As a full partner on the multidisciplinary team, you will independently plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs for nursing care and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate services and act as a patient and family advocate
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtained within 90 days of hire date
- Minimum one (1) year of RN experience
