About the Role:

We are committed to providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families. As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized therapy plans that empower children to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
