Job Title: Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and their families thrive.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Developmental Therapist to deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. You will work closely with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement intervention plans and provide regular updates to families on their child's progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center
