Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end-users and ensure smooth operations within the organization.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting up and troubleshooting IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, and printers.

Key responsibilities include providing workstation software break-fix support, IMAC - PC install, moves, adds, and changes, image loads, asset recovery, asset tagging, printer support, client center (tech bar) support, and IT service management updates.

Requirements include previous working experience in desktop support, knowledge of PC imaging, experience with change management and incident management, and proficiency in using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe.

Preferred qualifications include certification as a Dell Technician and expertise in inventory control.

Must be willing to work onsite, travel for work, and meet U.S. citizenship requirements.
