Role Responsibilities:
The Restoration Technician acts as a first responder in situations involving property damage, working to minimize loss in both residential and commercial settings. Key responsibilities include:
- Water damage extraction and mitigation
- Fire and smoke restoration
- Microbial remediation
- Clean-up of vandalism, crime scenes, and biohazards
- Demolition tasks
- Supervision of temporary labor personnel
- Delivering exceptional customer service with empathy
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Availability for on-call duties 24/7
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in restoration or maintenance

Work Environment:
The work environment is typically quiet, and reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities. Employees may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and are regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, and hear.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary, but it will be less than 25% of the time, primarily for training or meetings.

Compensation:
BluSky offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $25 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, and necessary equipment for the role.
