Job Title: Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director

Join FPI Management, Inc. as an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director and take on a challenging role in our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage the asset to meet client operational and financial goals.
  • Assist with the completion of monthly Market Surveys and analysis.
  • Implement advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community.
  • Exhibit professional leasing techniques and ensure high occupancy levels.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all property residents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
