Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to create and refine comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Identify and apply effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and industry benchmarks.
- Facilitate job postings and manage advertising efforts.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules; prepare interview questions and selection materials.
- Participate in the interview process, collaborating with managers and directors.
- Work alongside hiring managers and HR personnel during the offer negotiation process, advising on salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills/Abilities:
- A proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
- Capability to devise and implement sourcing strategies for diverse roles.

- Proficient in or able to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
